Graphic Templates & Guidelines

If you are ordering any type of branding and are creating the artwork yourself, you'll need a template. This page includes blank templates with guidelines required for the production process, which help us produce the highest quality print for you in the timeline you require. Please be sure to read through everything carefully.

Once you've downloaded the template, open it in the image editing software of your choice. Your template will look something like this:

  • Cut Lines: The pink lines show where the graphic will be cut. Do not put any important information outside of the outer lines or inside the inner lines.
  • Specific Areas: The orange lines show specific areas of the graphic, like an area that will be obscured, or the face of the Standalone in a Wrap. Please refer to instructions within each template for these areas.
  • Bleed: The grey, dashed lines show where artwork needs to reach. Artwork must extend to this line to prevent any white edges from showing on your finished product.
  • Black Dots: These are used for aligning your artwork during the cutting process. Do not move these dots.

Submitting your artwork

If you submit your artwork with layers, please do not move or alter the guides. If you submit your artwork as a flat image, please remove the guides.

If you use text in your artwork, you must either embed all fonts into the file or convert all text to outlines. Failure to do so may result in your text being replaced with a different font.

Artwork must be submitted in CMYK format, with a DPI of at least 300.

Accepted File Formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
  • PDF (.pdf)
  • Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)
  • Adobe Photoshop (.psd)
